Motivational Monday

Exercise the writing muscle every day, even if it is only a letter, notes, a title list, a character sketch, a journal entry. Writers are like dancers, like athletes. Without that exercise, the muscles seize up.

I used to hate exercising, but now I go out for a walk after lunch each day. Hopefully I can form a daily writing habit too.

Oh, I need to work on the physical exercise part, Enid, lol. But I think I am getting much better at the writing exercise.
